We are committed to delivering quality titles, great prices, fast shipping with superb customer service.
If you have a question regarding one of our books or an order please email us. Emails are usually answered within 24 hours.
We ship Monday through Saturday. All orders are mailed with delivery confirmation. If you have special shipping needs please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Note that the following policies apply only if an item is purchased through our shopping cart and PayPal. If a book is purchased throught the Amazon checkout process then Amazon's policies apply.
Making a Purchase
You can order directly from our site via PayPal or by secure credit card transaction (Visa or MasterCard) through Amazon.com Payments.
To shop with PayPal, place your book(s) in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We are able to offer PayPal customers discounted shipping rates (see Shipping Rates below).
To us Visa or MasterCard select click “Buy Now” when you are ready to make your purchase.
Full Refunds
Most standard shipping orders should take 4 to 14 days but may take as long as 21 days. If you do not receive your order within 21 days, please email us. We will research the matter with the post office using the delivery confirmation tracking number. If the post office cannot confirm delivery we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the book and shipping charges.
If the book is determined to be damaged or undeliverable by your postmaster, send us the original envelope with the message from your postmaster or the note you received from your postmaster and we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the book and shipping charges.
Partial Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund of the purchase price of the book. To qualify for a refund please return the book at your expense to:

If you will be returning a book you must notify us VIA EMAIL within three calendar days of receipt of the package. The returned book must be postmarked within five calendar days of the delivery date. The book must be in the same condition it was in at the time of shipping. When we receive the book, we will issue the refund to your account.
After 5 days of the delivery confirmation date, all sales become final. We will consider partial or other refunds on an individual basis.
Shipping Rates
Please be aware that the following shipping rates apply only to orders placed through our shopping cart and paid for through PayPal. If the transaction is completed through Amazon then Amazon's shipping rates apply.
To addresses in the USA we normally ship using USPS Media Mail. The cost is $3.49 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
We can also expedite a shipment using USPS Priority Mail. The cost in this case is $5.99 for the first book and $3 for each additional book.
For International sales the standard rate is $7.99 for the first book and $4.00 for each additional book.
The expedited rate for international shipments is $14.99 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book.
